Assessments
The key to a strong intervention plan is really understanding the needs of the student. Knowing a child is struggling in math is only the first step. It is key to understand what aspect of the subject or academic area are a strength or a struggle. These are several assessments that can be used to help understand the student you are working with. This is not a complete list, there are thousands others. You can pick and choose or use your own.
